The visa for business innovation and investment -188 is included in the Australian business visa business investment and innovation program. It is for those who want to manage and own or invest in an Australian state or territory a new or existing business in Australia. The criteria for obtaining a visa are decided by a government agency of the state or of the territory and the application of a visa depends on the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection. Three streams are covered: 

Business Innovation: It is intended for people who want to develop, set up and manage a new or existing business in Australia.

Investor stream: is designated for people who wish to make at least AUD 1.5 million in Australia and to maintain businesses and investment activities in Australia.  

Significant stream of investors: It is up to those who want to make investments in Australia in at least AUD5 million and who want to keep business and investment activity in Australia.

The visa for business innovation and investment- 

888 is the second step of the visa subclass 188 of Australian business visa for business innovation and investment. You can apply once you have met the provisional visa requirements. This visa lets you manage, own and continue business and investment activities in Australia (Business Innovation Stream) (the Investor stream and the Significant Investor stream). If you were nominated to hold a provisional business innovation and investment visa (subclass 188) by a state or territories and met all the visa requirements in the stream in which you first applied. You will be eligible for that visa. This visa can also be used if you hold a special category visa and meet the business innovation requirements.

The Australian business visa -

132, Business Talent Category, is a permanent residence visa for persons appointed by government agencies of Australia. You can create a new business or develop an existing business in the country with this Australian business visa. It has two flows: 

Important stream of business history: for leading company owners or partners who want to do business in Australia.  

Capital corporation stream: people with venture capital roots funded by a member of the Australian Venture Capital Association Limited. This visa can be obtained if you have AUD 1,5 million in personal assets and at least AUD 3 million in turnover annually.
